The Business Enablement function is primarily responsible for marketing Armscor, its products and services to targeted markets in an endeavour to generate income for Armscor and support the sustainability of the SADI.

The Business Assurance Department safeguards Armscor’s compliance with governance-related policies and regulations. This is achieved through quality assurance and corporate compliance.

Armscor has the responsibility to ensure good financial conduct is maintained and that the organisation meets its financial and budgetary commitments as per the relevant and applicable regulations. 

Corporate Support facilitates the appreciation of talent within the organisation, the assurance of a safe working environment and the provision of state-of-the-art information communication technology.

IA is an independent assurance function that seeks to improve the performance of Armscor through systematic and effective risk management, control and governance processes.

The main element that is being undertaken by the SCM Department is that of procurement. SCM seeks to provide Armscor with an excellence driven procurement function in order for the organisation to realise its business objectives, and to maintain its competitiveness and relevancy to its stakeholders
