Experience: EXPERIENCE • 10+ years in SHE management, with 5 years in a middle management capacity. • Proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise-wide SHE strategies, policies, and management systems, including ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). • Hands-on experience in operational SHE leadership, including incident prevention, investigations, corrective actions, audits, and compliance monitoring across multiple sites. • Demonstrated expertise in waste management and environmental impact mitigation, including hazardous, non-hazardous, chemical, and e-waste management at enterprise scale. • Experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity integration, ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance during incidents. • Proven ability to design and lead SHE training, culture, and awareness programs across diverse teams and contractor networks. • Experience engaging with regulatory authorities, statutory bodies, and external auditors, ensuring compliance and alignment with national and international standards.
