The Employee Relations Division of the HR Department (Pretoria) has a fixed term contract vacancies for Recruitment Officers.
The purpose of this job is to assist with recruitment, selection and providing general support to Human Resources Business Partners.
CRITICAL PERFORMANCE AREAS
Populate notice of vacancy based on job requirement and obtain approval.
Responsible for shortlist, competency interviews.
Responsible for total recruitment processes e.g. provide recruitment support to HRBP.
General administration support.
EXPERT ABILITY AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
B Tech or a Degree in Human Resources field or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience
